To submit your video clips you will need to  fill out the form below for each video clip submission. N.B.  The files cannot be larger than 4 gigs. Each video clip uploads should follow these labelling guidelines for streamlining post-production workflows and facilitating collaboration:

For each video clip please include in the file name :

• the clip title (choose a word that best describes the shot)

• the location ( add where the shot was taken)

• the camera person ( add initials)

• Assign a unique identifier to each video to distinguish one version of a shot from another. 

• the file format  (mov or mp4)
